The CRT Method is an all-inclusive workout proven to provide beneficial results in less than 4 class sessions. Working out at home or at our studios, The CRT Method utilize's cardiovascular and resistance training to provide a total body workout experience all in one session.
The CRT Method elongates the muscles, by elongating and strengthening the muscles you begin to see overall toning and muscle growth. We called this efficiency with results.
The CRT Method is proven to build confidence while empowering your workout journey. The method has been proven to reduce areas like waist size and body fat percentage over time.
We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, life happens. Cancel your reservation by using our Mind Body Connect App and clicking on the schedule option to view and cancel the session you are booked for. This is the only way to cancel a class.
Please cancel reservations up to 8 hours of a class's starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you'll be missing. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $25 "no show/late cancellation" fee. (If there should be a sudden emergency within the 8 hour window, please contact us directly.)
100% refund will be initiated if class is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
